Wowza! I have a bench seat in my dining room that is FULL of the stuff I am taking with me.  I have said it before, but I’m a little worried that it won’t weigh in under 33 pounds.  I still have to pack it into the backpack, and then we’ll see!

Anyway, before I packed it all up and out of sight, I took some pictures of the main things that I am taking with me.  For some of you, this type of trip may be old news, as is the packing list.  For me, however, I have focused a lot of time and energy making sure that I have everything I am going to need.  This isn’t like a trip to Chicago, where if I forget something I can run to a store.  If I forget something in Sudan, I will have to do without…not cool!

Here are some shots of my supplies…
